Privacy
This site collects only what it needs to answer your requests. Here is what, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Who we are
Zebup is a software development studio based in Montreal, Quebec. It is a brand of Lemur Conseil, which is responsible for the information collected on this site.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, your email and your message, plus your company and phone number if you give them, and the project type you pick. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse of the form. The server's technical logs also record the IP address of each visit; they erase themselves as they rotate.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics service. Your color palette choice is kept in your browser's local storage: it stays on your device.
Use and retention
We use this information only to answer your request. We don't sell it and we don't pass it to third parties for commercial purposes. Requests sent through the form are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Who handles it
The site is hosted by OVHcloud in its Beauharnois data centre, in Quebec. Form notifications go out through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) from its Montreal region and land in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. These providers process the information on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to see your information, correct it, have it deleted or withdraw your consent by writing to info@zebup.ca. We answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Privacy officer
At Lemur Conseil, the person in charge of protecting personal information answers any question about this policy or how your information is handled: info@zebup.ca.
